IGEPPS-PA, in partnership with Bravonix and the LGPDNow platform, is carrying out a data governance initiative structured in three phases over an expected 12 months. The project includes a maturity assessment, process mapping, training for approximately 800 professionals, support for the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the use of artificial intelligence to support information management. The initiative combines technology, institutional development and training to strengthen data governance and support the evolution of public administration.

MTI, in partnership with Bravonix and the LGPDNow platform, is running an 18-month data governance program. The initiative includes mapping information across 144 areas of the state administration, producing 41 institutional documents, training more than 300 public servants and deploying an artificial intelligence-based assistant to support information management. The program establishes a permanent governance structure, promoting process integration, institutional development and the continuous evolution of public administration.

The City of João Pessoa, in partnership with Bravonix, is running an AI-for-government project that combines predictive models, data analysis and information governance in tax collection and public health. In the tax area, the initiative identifies registration inconsistencies, improper exemptions and default patterns in taxes such as IPTU, TCR and ISS, pointing to about R$ 200 million in potentially recoverable revenue. In healthcare, predictive models anticipate demand peaks at emergency care units, allowing better planning of staff and supplies. The project also includes data mapping, anonymization and LGPD compliance, consolidating a data-driven public administration based on responsible AI.

Etipi, in partnership with Bravonix, developed Govbot, an artificial intelligence virtual assistant integrated into the State of Piauí's Electronic Information System (SEI!). The solution uses a knowledge base of 34 official documents to answer questions about privacy, data protection, information security and administrative procedures, serving more than 48,000 public servants and external users. Focused on democratizing institutional knowledge, Govbot broadens access to information, standardizes guidance and supports the evolution of information governance as part of the State of Piauí's digital transformation and digital sovereignty strategy.

Senac-MG, in partnership with Bravonix and the LGPDNow platform, is carrying out a data governance initiative based on process integration, structuring the corporate inventory, organizing data subject requests and tracking maturity through indicators. The project includes specific controls for data on children and adolescents, more than one hundred data subject requests already handled and a continuous governance evolution strategy that extends these practices to suppliers and partners.
